My name is Prem Bahadur Shah; I am a 28-year-old Yoga teacher. I moved to India at the age of nineteen and joined Upaya Yoga’s Teacher Training school in 2014, starting my career as a master in Indian Yogic Saatvik Vegetarian food, working as a kitchen’s chef and as a manager. However, I soon realised that cooking was not my only passion: working and living in a yogic environment became a stimulation, awakening a deep curiosity and interest in Yoga practice. In 2015 I finally decided to change the course of my life, starting my own yogi practice with some Gurus. I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (ERYT) in February 2015 working since then as a TTC teacher, sharing my knowledge and motivation with other students. My passion and the main focus are in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, having completed the first series and second in Mysore (India). I can also teach traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, basic pranayama, mantra chanting and kriya practice. Yoga practice has deeply inspired me, lighting my path and becoming my lifestyle. I truly believe it has the power to transform and clarify one’s life. Guiding in self-discovery, spiritual growth, and personal serenity. I am a humble, calm, gentle, rigorous, energetic and revitalizing teacher who loves perseverance and challenges. My main goal is to keep growing as a person and yoga professional, learning from Gurus around the world and sharing unconditionally my knowledge and experience with a unique purpose: bringing wellness, joy, harmony and happiness to human life.
